Hotel Room Attendant - Leicester Square

The Upex Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Hotel Room Attendant / Housekeeper to join our team!

Our team is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Location: Leicester Square & Surrounding

Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Ensure all amenities are fully stocked and replaced as needed
• Report any maintenance issues to management 
• Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Attend all training and development sessions as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
